Alert and responsive to the challenges of a rapidly changing and growing Indonesian economy, Syukur Pudjiadi penetrated into the much growing real estate industry when he quickly transformed the group into becoming one of the first major property developers that revolutionized the property industry in Indonesia.

The Jayakarta Group was the first developer to build and operate the tallest hotel building with 21 floors in downtown Jakarta, the first to develop Jakarta’s first privately owned residential and commercial building, and also the first to build the tallest apartment building in the highly popular South Jakarta Area during its time. The Jayakarta Group played a substantial role in building tomorrow’s Indonesia as it spurred developments in the private sector and dramatically impacted the nation’s first 25 years of planned development.

How old is this apartment?

Senopati Apartment started in 1987, Prapanca Apartment started in 1991, and Kemang Apartment started in 1992. Through renovation projects over the years, we have kept our units looking fresh, tasteful, and upscale. This is why people consider our buildings as Heritage and Pioneer, not old.

What kind of people usually stay in this apartment?

Usually between 60-80% of our residents are foreigners who live with their significant other (i.e. girlfriend, wife, etc). Our residents hail from a diverse set of countries such as the United States and Canada from North America; Brazil from South America; United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Italy, and Russia from Europe; Japan and South Korea from Asia; and Australia and New Zealand from Pacific Islands.

What about my dog?
  • We love our dogs and don’t mind accommodating on a case-by-case basis. Generally we are especially accommodating for dogs who don’t destroy the inside of the apartment, don’t intimidate other tenants, and don’t pose sound violations at night for our neighbors.

Senopati Raya Kav. 41, South Jakarta, was completed its development in 1987.
