Alert and responsive to the challenges of a rapidly changing and growing Indonesian economy, Syukur Pudjiadi penetrated into the much growing real estate industry when he quickly transformed the group into becoming one of the first major property developers that revolutionized the property industry in Indonesia.
The Jayakarta Group was the first developer to build and operate the tallest hotel building with 21 floors in downtown Jakarta, the first to develop Jakarta’s first privately owned residential and commercial building, and also the first to build the tallest apartment building in the highly popular South Jakarta Area during its time. How old is this apartment?
Senopati Apartment started in 1987, Prapanca Apartment started in 1991, and Kemang Apartment started in 1992. Through renovation projects over the years, we have kept our units looking fresh, tasteful, and upscale. This is why people consider our buildings as Heritage and Pioneer, not old.
What kind of people usually stay in this apartment?
Usually between 60-80% of our residents are foreigners who live with their significant other (i.e. girlfriend, wife, etc). Our residents hail from a diverse set of countries such as the United States and Canada from North America; Brazil from South America; United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Italy, and Russia from Europe; Japan and South Korea from Asia; and Australia and New Zealand from Pacific Islands.

What about my dog?
- We love our dogs and don’t mind accommodating on a case-by-case basis. Generally we are especially accommodating for dogs who don’t destroy the inside of the apartment, don’t intimidate other tenants, and don’t pose sound violations at night for our neighbors.

Senopati Raya Kav. 41, South Jakarta, was completed its development in 1987.
Located in popular choice among the expatriates community, apartment with the total of 37 units is strategically close to banks, restaurants, hotels and executive class supermarket. Constructed in 1991 and completed in 1992. Equipped with swimming pools, fitness, sauna, squash, jaquzzi, children playground, BBQ Area, Mini Golf/Tennis and 24 hours security.
Commenced in 1991 and completed in 1992, Prapanca Apartment, an 8 storey building with the total of 32 unit, is located at Jalan Arteri Prapanca, South Jakarta and equipped with swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, squash, mini tennis and 24 hours security.
Located at Jalan Terusan Gading Timur Boulevard, Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta, Kondominium Menara Kelapa Gading commenced in 1993 and completed in 1995. Equipped with swimming pool, fitness center, tennis court, badminton, basket ball, supermarket, restaurant and security guard 24 hours.

Through the company’s subdiary, PT. Pudjipapan Kreasindo, the Company is developing a residential area namely Highland Park which is located in Jl. Jend. Sudirman Serang, Bantern Province with the total area to be developen is -/+ 200 ha. Started to build in 1997, the company has built over 1,300 units of houses which are divided into several areas such as Kelapa Gading, Permata Hijau, Cluster Dallas and Cluster Houston.
Villa Menara Kelapa Gading is a residential project built by PT. Pudjipapan Kreasindo, a subsidiary of the Company. Consist of 20 units of houses, Villa Menara Kelapa Gading is located in the same complex with Kondominium Menara Kelapa Gading, Commenced in 2000 and completed in 2003.
The Company’s housing project which is located at Jl. By Pass I Gusti Ngurah Rai, Denpasar, Bali, started to build in 2009.
